Volcanic body heat wakes me every night!
Sleep! Not sure if this is a one off ... But I was out like a light lol.
Great sleep last night.
Had two good nights in a run.
Sleeping really well 😌 still get out for the toilet but other than that I sleep 😴 πŸ’€

Just completed my symptom checker and I’m at 68…lots related to lack of sleep, lack of energy, loss of self, poor focus, motivation etc….hoping I can steadily work through and feel better.
Struggling at the moment…I’m generally ok at getting to sleep but always wake up and can’t get back to sleep. This is despite magnesium, herbal teas, diffuser, exercise and bath being added to night time ritual…I honestly think my body has forgotten how to stay asleep 🀨

Mine is good as long as I take my magnesium and get some exercise. It’s even better when I can fit the bath into my nightly routine. I’m not consistent with the exercise but I’m trying.

Sleep is a big struggle for me and I am hoping that some consistency will begin to help!
I was consistent with when I went to bed. And the first two nights I got to sleep at a much more reasonable hour. The rest of the week, not so much. But I will continue to go to bed at the same time. Maybe it will get better with consistency.
Making progress! And sleep improving!

I only just got round to finishing your masterclass video and reading the resources. Excellent - so hands on. I started implementing a few changes about six weeks ago, following on from your advice earlier.
I slept through the night on Sunday. It felt so good, lots of energy on Monday.
