Volcanic body heat wakes me every night! Sleep! Not sure if this is a one off ... But I was out like a light lol. Great sleep last night. Had two good nights in a run. Sleeping really well 😌 still get out for the toilet but other than that I sleep 😴 💤

Sleep is a big struggle for me and I am hoping that some consistency will begin to help! I was consistent with when I went to bed. And the first two nights I got to sleep at a much more reasonable hour. The rest of the week, not so much. But I will continue to go to bed at the same time. Maybe it will get better with consistency. Making progress! And sleep improving!
